Fernandez & Associates Consulting, LLC was founded in 2019 by owner Neely Fernandez. Neely has made it her life goal to offer her clients the very best in HR consulting services in the Tampa Bay area. She is a Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) via AIRS-ADP, a Notary Public licensed in the State of Florida, she holds her Certified Professional Resume Writing (CPRW) certification, and her Signing Agent Certification as well. Neely is dedicated to providing you world class service for all your business needs. 


We provide a variety of services from full cycle recruitment, resume development and writing, virtual assistant services, and on-demand notary services throughout the Tampa Bay and surrounding areas. 



About the owner

  

Neely has a broad human resources background, with more than 15-years of experience. Her expertise covers a variety of HR services that include payroll, recruiting, benefits administration, employee engagement, training and development, HR department startup and worker’s compensation. 


She has experience recruiting for and working in IT, hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, education, nonprofit, and specialty pharmaceutical organizations. Her recruitment experience includes line level non-exempt workers up to C-level executives. 


Neely has led numerous HR department startups and developed and implemented multiple orientations,  on-boarding, and training programs throughout her career.


In her tenure as a contract recruiter, she successfully placed dozens of candidates with Wendy’s Corporate and franchises across the U.S., placed multiple technical roles with one of the largest machine tool distribution networks in North America; Morris Group, Inc. In addition to her vast know-how, she has placed numerous candidates with various nonprofits throughout the D.C area, filled various specialized IT roles, and hospitality roles as well.  


Neely also provides virtual assistant services to several clients across the U.S. and is bringing those services to her clients locally now. 

 

In her free time, she volunteers for The Stano Foundation, a local military non-profit in Tampa, Fla. Neely serves as an event and donations committee member and has served in this role for 5 years.
